GENERAL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

 Check-In:  3:00 p.m.          Check-Out:   11:00 a.m.

 Your rooms will be reserved for you until the date of arrival till 6 p.m.  If you arrive later, please give us a call to advise us of your late arrival.  If you do not arrive or we do not receive a message from you by 6 p.m. on the date of your arrival, we may give away your room and we will charge reserved rooms to your credit card if you do not show.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We request that any cancellations be in writing 48 hours in advance for most bookings.  The exception to our regular cancellation policy is for special events/festivals and block room bookings, whereby we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

 At Silverland Motel we are committed to your privacy and security.  Any personal information that you provide when visiting this website will be used for the sole purpose for which it was collected but be assured that this information will never be sold, traded or loaned to anyone unless you give us specific permission to do so.

 We may also use your information to contact you when necessary for the administration of your account.  As well, we use your email address as a unique identifier in our record system to verify communications from you and to deploy newsletters and promotional offerings.
